Description
r-UltraMarathon 3D® PP GF Filament is a high-performance filament produced by 3D4Makers, made from 100% post-consumer recycled polypropylene, reinforced with 30% glass fibers and performance-enhancing additives. This lightweight yet robust material is engineered for functional and demanding applications where strength, stability, and resistance to environmental factors are essential.
Optimized for 3D printing, the material offers exceptional stiffness, low warpage, and excellent layer adhesion, making it suitable for outdoor components, marine parts, drone housings, enclosures, and lightweight structural elements that need to perform reliably under harsh conditions. The material features very low moisture uptake, contributing to consistent print performance, and excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for use in chemically aggressive or industrial settings.
- Lightweight & Reinforced, Combines low density with high mechanical strength
- Enhanced Flame Retardancy, Reduced burn rate for increased safety in critical environments
- Anti-Bacterial & Anti-Fungal Properties, Suitable for hygienic and anti-fouling surfaces
- Improved UV Resistance, Ensures durability in outdoor and sun-exposed applications
- High Thermal Stability, Maintains performance even at elevated temperatures
- Low Moisture Absorption, Consistent performance without pre-drying

Printer recommendations
Description | Value |
---|---|
Printer nozzle temperature | 220-240°C |
Heated bed temperature | 40-60°C |
Bed Adhesion | Magigoo PP GF on CF plate, glass or a PEI Sheet |
Pre drying recommendations |
Low moisture uptake (no need for drying) |
Extra | We advise to use a adapted nozzle (0.5mm) for glass filled filaments |
To get the best results while printing we advise you to keep the 3D printer in a room where there is hardly any draft and/or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not being used it is important to keep filament in a bag and stored in a cool, dry and dark place until it is used again.
